What we collect, and what we don't.

This site is operated by Tenup. For anything in this policy, including requests about your data, contact contact@tenup.io.

Only what you type into the contact form, and only when you submit it:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your organisation, if you choose to give one
• The topic you select
• Your message

We also store a shortened, one-way hash of your IP address. It cannot be turned back into your IP. We use it only to spot repeated automated submissions.

There is no tracking of any kind on this site:

• No cookies on any public page
• No analytics, advertising or profiling
• No third-party scripts
• Fonts are served from our own server, so loading a page contacts nobody but us

Browsing the site anonymously is possible. You are only identifiable if you choose to write to us.

To read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or rent it.

Submissions are stored in our own database on our own server, readable through a password-protected admin area by authorised people at Tenup only. If we have enabled a notification channel — a messaging or email provider — a copy of your message is delivered there so we see it promptly. Such a provider processes it on our behalf and for no other purpose.

24 months from the date you send it, after which it is deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Write to contact@tenup.io and you can ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you
• Correct anything wrong
• Delete it
• Send you a copy

Use the address you contacted us from, so we can find your message without asking for more information about you.

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not broaden how we use data already collected without saying so.
